Volunteers matter

You play a key role in how AltNext feels. From the moment people arrive to the final sessions of the day, your presence helps create an open, friendly, international environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.

You support conference talks, festival screenings, showcases, and live experiences. You work alongside the team, interact with speakers and creators, and see how a multi-format event comes together in real time.

Who we're looking for

Reliable

You don’t need previous event experience. What matters is your attitude: being responsible, proactive, and comfortable working with others in a busy setting.

Curious

You’re interested in storytelling, technology, and creative culture. You enjoy discovering new ideas and being part of an international environment.

Global

You’re able to communicate in English. Other languages are a plus. You’ll interact with international guests, speakers, and teams throughout the event.
